The staff were amazing, easily arranging taxis and tours. Perfect location, just minutes away from the main square, Wawel Castle, and Barbican. The room was modern and comfortable. Helpful staff organized transfers and trips. Excellent breakfast nearby.

The hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The rooms are equipped with coffee making facilities, which is a nice touch and adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The staff are friendly and provide great customer service, always willing to help. The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short stroll away from the city center.
